What Does Happiness Have to do with Success?

Success has as much to do with healing of mind, body & spirit, as it does hard work!

Are you struggling to remain motivated on your job? Do you start the day dreading the commute? Do members of your family annoy you with their mindless chatter? Or are you entertained by it, even though you already "know" what to expect?

You can be enthusiastic about life again, although it seems mundane. You can enjoy simple conversation with a loved-one over something as simple as what you ate for breakfast, or a sign that you saw on the drive to work. The sunshine, or a brisk wind can actually make you smile. But...How? What is that seemingly "illusive" thing people call Happiness?
MAY i SUGGEST?

Start your quest today, on an amazing journey – a journey of personal healing, then forge quickly ahead to succeed in all areas of your life...health, happiness & even financial freedom!

Self-care, Self-acceptance and Self-love will lead you to a place of peace! A place of peace actually, and really will set you on a path of abundant Success!

De-stress your life today with just a few minutes of meditation, or yoga, a simple mental exercise of mental-quietness & complete body-relaxation.

Start right now, while you're reading this article, discovering your place of peace, and then you will start to heal...
STEP 1:
Close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing. Visualize light, brightness, air, nature, & laughter.

STEP 2:
Relax every part of your body, beginning with your toes, then concentrating on your calves, and moving up to your hip bone, pelvis, and lower back. Concentrate on relaxing every muscle, while breathing deeply, all the way to the face muscles, eyes, forehead, to the top of your head!

STEP 3:
Now that your body is relaxed, Focus on forgiveness, acceptance and loving yourself and others, (especially people who have wronged you.)

Even if things aren't the way they should be, Know that all things work together for the good of them who love God and allow themselves to be used by God to show love to others.

It only takes a few minutes to decompress and completely free yourself of tension and stress. You deserve 10 or 15 minutes a day, (even if you have to get up early to get it!)
