Duplication is a powerful tool for the accumulation of wealth. Leveraged income allows you to make money while you are sleeping...What does that mean?

The Importance of Affinity in Business Transactions

Did you know that business transactions are often more successful when there is some affinity between the people transacting business?

When you are telling someone about your business opportunity, are you showing affection for that person, or are you just talking about your work like a "News Reporter?"

Affinity and Affection go hand in hand.

The simple show of affinity towards others is magnetic.  It actually draws a person, and gets their attention.

With all the things going on around us everyday, there are lots of distractions that can weaken a person's ability to remember details about a conversation. But when you smile, and you genuinely care about someone that you are talking to, they tend to remember you, and they also will remember more of what was said during the conversation, than they would if it were just "mere chatter."

So the next time you are in a conversation and you introduce someone to Your Business Opportunity, be sure the listen to them with care and concern. Let that person know you have real affection for them, and, more likely than not, you will be remembered!

There Is A Reason

Now that the summer days are over, and we are in the last 4 months of the Year, it's time to reflect on what I've accomplished, and what needs to be done to reach the Resolution that I made at the beginning of the Year.

I'm checking off my list several things, but then, there are a few things that still need attention.

Despite imperfections in my character, I am determined to keep trying to reach my goals. I'm not perfect. I procrastinate, find excuses, and worry about what I don't have, or what I think I need.

But if the Truth be told, I have everything I need right now, and all is perfect in my world.

Whatever my situation today, there is A Reason for it, and I plan to learn as much as I can from the situation. The Good, as well as The Bad things happen for A Reason. There are no "coincidences" in life. So where-ever I am in Business-Building, I choose to harness the Purpose for the Experience, GO through It, LEARN from It, and GROW by It.

That way, the failures as well as the victories bring Benefits, and I simply continue to Succeed.

You Are Who you Think You Are

There is a saying in the Bible that says that "As a man thinks in his heart, so is he."

That is so true. If you think like a failure, you will fail. If you think you are a success, you will succeed. Simple.

But "thinking" goes deeper than mind-action. You have to live like it, too. Although you may feel defeated, smile.

Even though your bank account says $0, act like you have money.

Sometimes it's difficult, but press your way. It's Worth It!

Making Challenges Work For You

Now that my Collectibles and Memorabilia Store is open, I am finding things around the house and in the shed that I'd forgotten I had! 

Point being: Sometimes, opportunities to re-invent yourself, or re-create your dream, mask themselves as so-called 'problems.' What began as a 'problem' has developed into a new store, and an opportunity to do something I should have done a couple of years ago! This time, like so many other instances, "the problem" was "the opportunity" in disguise. So, that said... 

Don't let the situation that challenges you, discourage you. Flip the script. Turn it all around. And make it work For you.

Successful People Show Up

Ever noticed that very successful people are always "at task"...so to speak.

It may not seem like much, but successful people show up for work every day. Ever noticed that the important decision-makers in a company are always around? They show up despite the weather conditions, and despite their personal issues. Some executives even neglect their home-life and families.

I don't advocate that kind of attention to business...Family always comes first for me. But I have to put my business-building efforts in front of pleasures and personal preferences in order to make some money.

Show up for work at whatever Your Passion! It's Your business. To make it work, you have to work it.

Motivate yourself with visualization of the end result. Decide the main Reason you are doing what you are doing...In other words, define your reason "Why."

Then, See yourself getting paid.
Then, Show Up.

Cynthia Garden

Cynthia Garden is a garden of collectibles. They are all over my house, and it seems like the "old" stuff is "growing!"

So, I'm selling my old, vintage stuff!

A few years ago, my husband, Dennis, painted a beautiful canvas of wall art for me, and named it, "Cynthia Garden." Cynthia is my middle name, and sometimes, he prefers to call me Cynthia. The picture is hanging on the wall in my office, and has blue, green, yellow, red, orange and purple flowers, growing in a grassy patch, with a blue and gray sky above!

That picture is the inspiration for the name of my new company...a garden of items that seem to keep "growing", that have brought joy to me...or somebody...in the past, discarded to the closets or shed, and now, For Sale!

So, there it is...the winds of change...the Opening of CynthiaGarden.

Love yourself. It's the greatest love of all! Love and acceptance of self and of others will help speed healing to all parts of your body!

Did you know that The greatest love of all is indeed self -love, and self-appreciation? That's because, when you appreciate and truly love yourself, you are able to share your smile freely with others. And believe me, someone needs a smile today. Someone you know needs a hug today.

No matter how rough times are for you, someone has it "worse than you."
I know I'm loved because I appreciate my health, my business, my home, and my "good looks!" (Laugh out loud! Go ahead. It's okay.)
Seriously, learn to forgive yourself, appreciate yourself and love yourself. Treat yourself to something nice today.
